However, I was disappointed to find out that the swimming pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons for my visit. The staff, particularly Chris Currie, were extremely helpful, turning a concerning situation into a positive experience that left a great impression as they arranged access to nearby leisure facilities. Overall, the hotel has great potential but could improve communication regarding facility availability.
